Fifi Lapin with me


天氣終於放晴了!
連續幾個禮拜的豪雨,真的好惱人。
趕在天氣又即將變化的今晚,
趕緊來做小小的打扮。
裸色的無袖洋裝搭配印有fifi lapin的針織外套,感覺比較童趣。
再以金色三層項鍊增添份量。
呼~希望壞天氣快快過才好~




Finally!today is full of sunshine!
It has been raining since Dec. Quite annoying actually...
Weather forecast said it's going to rain again tonite,
so i just grasp the last opportunity to dress up!


Wear plain dress and cardigan full of FIFI LAPIN images,
with triple golden necklace. Need to cheer up in this blue 
Monday!


Hope sun will shine again soooooooooon!!

New enamel pot for CNY gift


過年時節,包紅包是個既定的習俗。
儘管男人原本想了表心意,但當他送上這琺瑯鍋後,
有沒有紅包似乎都無所謂了,呵呵!
心裡只不斷盤算著:該用這新鍋子做什麼醬料呢?!


Received my Chinese New Year gift from my boy!
Happier than received the red envelope, really!
It's time to think about what gonna make for the very first time.
Ummm...maybe french toast with cranberry sauce would be a great choice.Yummmm!

CNY @ the south of Taiwan


遠離台北的壞天氣,跑到墾丁來避寒。


新年新氣象,就是該搭配晴朗的天氣和熱情的住民!
剩下最後幾天的春節假期,大家要好好趕緊把握。

Stew pork with ginger and miso soup


冷呼呼的天氣,最適合來碗薑汁豬肉味增,不僅暖胃也暖心!


食譜如下!


材料(1人份):
水 180ml
柴魚片 1小把
味增 10g
薑泥 1/2茶匙
豬肉片 20g
洋蔥 1/4個
蔥 適量


做法:
在鍋中放入水煮沸,加入柴魚片,煮約一分鐘關火,撈起。
將半顆洋蔥切薄片,剩下一半磨成泥,倒入水中燉煮。
待煮軟後加入豬肉片及薑泥繼續燉煮。
等肉片熟透後,再倒入味增融化,最後完成前灑上蔥末即可上桌囉!




Cooked stew pork with ginger and miso in this chilly time, warm up my stomach and soul. 


Here comes the recipe!


Ingredients(for 1):
water 180ml
dried bonito flakes handful
miso 10g
ginger ground 1/2teaspoon
pork slice 20g
onion 1/4(half sliced, half ground)
spring onion 


How to?
prepare a pot, add water to boil, then add bonito flakes for about 1 minute, take off flakes.
Add all onions into the water, cooked til soft.
Then put pork and ginger, cooked thoroughly.
Melting miso, sprinkle some spring onions sliced before serve. Time for table!
